Manage Teams

Assigning users to teams lets you control access to AI models for groups of users. On the Teams screen you can:

• Create teams
• Select AI models for a team
• Add new members to a team
• Rename a team
• Delete a team

To get to the Teams screen navigate to the Configuration tab of the Administration Dashboard and select Teams.

Create a team

To create a new team, select the New team button.

TIP:  You can check if a team already exists by using the search bar to avoid creating duplicates.

Choose a name for your team.

Add team members by typing their names or using the dropdown list.

NOTE:  You can only add people who do not already have a team.

Once you have added all of your team members, select Create team.

Once the team is created, it appears in the list of teams on the left side of the Teams screen.

Select AI models for a team

You can use teams to quickly control access to AI models for large groups of users.

NOTE:  Changing the team settings will override existing settings for individual users.

To set up the AI access for a team select the team name.

Select the Settings tab.

On the settings tab you can see what access the team currently has. To change the access settings select Set up AI access.

Use the toggles to add or remove access to connected AI models.

Select Save.

The Settings screen now reflects the new settings.

Add new members to a team

To add new members to an existing team select the team name.

Select the Settings tab.

Select +Add Users.

Add team members by typing their names or using the dropdown list.

NOTE: You can only add people who do not already have a team.

Once you have added all of your new team members, select Add users.

The new users now appear in the team list.

Rename a team

To rename a team, select the team name.

Select the Settings tab.

Select the menu icon on the right then select Rename.

Enter the new name for your team and select Save.

Delete a team

To delete a team select the team name.

Select the Settings tab.

Select the menu icon on the right then select Delete team.

Confirm that you want to delete the team and it will be removed, and all the team members become unassigned users.
